JMG installs and services fire, burglar, CCTV, and card access systems in medium to large, commercial, industrial and retail businesses. Under general supervision from the Vice President of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for the proper and timely service of all systems installed and/or monitored by JMG (www.jmgsecurity.com). As a field representative, the Service Technician is responsible for a thorough understanding of applicable codes and how they pertain to the proper operation of residential security, commercial security and life/safety systems. In addition, they will also be the liaison between JMG and the customer, responsible for providing customer care that exceeds the customer’s expectations and meets the company standards of performance and professionalism. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. and work at heights up to 75 feet. Must be able to drive, sit, stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance.
