Description

We are a large condo association looking for a Property Patrol officer to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time Teamster Union position starting at $22.50/hr. Benefits include 90% coverage of healthcare through Kaiser for the employee, spouse and dependents, pension contributions, available 401K plan, as well as paid vacation and sick time. Uniform will be provided at no charge. Must have reliable transportation and be able to bend, twist, climb, and lift 50 lbs. Duties include interacting positively and empathetically with residents, issue rules enforcement citations, patrolling the property, reporting maintenance hazards, covering and uncovering swimming pools, etc. Officers work in pairs on 8 hour shifts and must be flexible to cover all shifts as needed. Current shift needs are a combination of midnight shifts (typically 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) and swing shifts (typically 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) Must be able to attend an in-person interview sometime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., M-F and pass a background check.
