The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, good judgment, and the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally. Responsibilities: • Monitor and patrol assigned premises on foot • Control access to buildings, offices, and restricted areas. • Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches. • Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances. • Write clear and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports. • Enforce company rules, regulations, and site-specific policies. • Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary. Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old. • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). • Valid [State] Guard Card/license (or ability to obtain). • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus. • Strong communication and observation skills. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally. • Physically fit to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. • Flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
