Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Security Monitoring: Maintain a vigilant watch over the premises by patrolling regularly on foot, monitoring surveillance cameras, and inspecting access points. 2. Access Control: Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises, issue visitor badges, and restrict access to authorized personnel only. 3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activities. Take appropriate action to resolve or report these incidents. 4. Report Writing: Document all security-related incidents, maintain accurate logs, and provide detailed reports to management as necessary. 5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and general assistance when needed. 6. Safety Checks: Conduct routine safety checks, including fire alarm testing and equipment inspections, to ensure a safe environment. 7. First Aid: Administer basic first aid when required and coordinate with emergency services in case of medical emergencies. 8. Security Procedures: Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance among all employees and visitors. 9. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disputes calmly and professionally, defusing tense situations using effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Minimum Qualifications: - Updated resume - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience as a security guard or a related field is preferred. - Strong observational and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. - Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods. - Knowledge of basic security and safety procedures. - AED and CPR certification. - Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations. - All guards rotate through all shifts. - Good command of the English language - Experienced in gated communities - Ability to lift, as necessary. - Able to work with interruptions. - No visible tattoos or facial piercings. - Relatable experience. - Familiar with HNWF - Reliable transportation - Ability to deliver parcels (packages), as necessary.
