Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (1-hour off-property lunch break) Compensation: $20 per hour + $400 bonus after 60 days if reliable and punctual, and compliant with dress code. Join our dedicated team as a Full-Time Armed Guard Security Guard! We are looking for a professional and reliable individual who is committed to ensuring safety and security at various client sites. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular patrols of client properties (on foot or by vehicle) to maintain safety and security. - Monitor entrances, exits, and activities; manage access control and verify IDs. - Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents. - Prepare and submit accurate shift and incident reports. - Adhere to site-specific post orders and company protocols. - Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors to ensure seamless operations. - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty. Requirements: - High school diploma or GED. - Eligible to work in the United States. - Valid State Security Guard License (Guard Card). - Valid Firearm License from BSIS. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Available to work Monday - Friday, with potential call-outs as needed. - Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills. - Physically capable of standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods and in varied weather conditions. - Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
