GMC service van - $14,500 (New Hartford)

2012 GMC SAVANA CUTAWAY 3500 157,xxx miles I purchased this van in 2020 from Auto Towne Rentals located in Abington MA with 152,xxx miles on it. Prior to me purchasing the van they replaced: 2 front rotors and pads 2 rear rotors and pads 1 rear shackle Engine air filter 2 lower ball joints Blower motor Oil cooling line Performed engine oil service (also done last year based on age not mileage) After purchasing the vehicle I replaced the rear tires (Goodyear Wrangler). They have around 3,000 miles of use on them and are still in very good condition. The transmission was replaced in 2022 by AA transmission in canton and still has warranty coverage provided by the manufacturer of the transmission. The transmission cooling lines were also replaced at that time to help ensure reliable operation. The battery is new including solid block style connectors to allow for connecting accessories such as lights or a charging station. The van is mechanically in good shape. The chassis and frame are solid, the engine is strong (6.0L), transmission shifts very smooth, brakes have 5k miles on them and work very well. Tires are near full tread. This van is ready to go to work and make money. The utility body is constructed of aluminum so it will not rust out and provides a weight savings over a steel utility body. There is also access to the center storage from inside the utility body as well as a sliding door that opens to the front cab of the van. The fiberglass top is in need of resurfacing. I would assume that if it is cleaned and then glassed over with fiberglass resin it will be good to go. I am not an expert at performing fiberglass repairs but do have experience working with fiberglass and would be willing to perform this service for the right buyer. The door seals should be replaced on the utility body (driver and passenger door are good). From what I have been told this is a fairly common repair and it did not prevent me from using it although I did not use it as a full time work vehicle. The exterior is in fair condition. Overall rust free but has minor surface issues with the paint. Sale is cash only and the price is certainly negotiable.
