We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our well-established industrial hardware store. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in sales of tools, machinery, and industrial products who wants to lead a sales team and contribute to growth at both local and national levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on industrial hardware, tools, and machinery. Identify and capture new business opportunities through customer visits, relationship building, and cold calling. Manage key accounts, lead customer negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Analyze sales trends, market data, and customer feedback to drive growth and improve business strategies. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial hardware, tools, or machinery. Proven track record in outside sales and customer relationship management. Strong negotiation, communication, and sales closing skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail and B2B sales environment. Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service. Lead and support the sales team to achieve established goals.
