Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing construction sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and expanding our market share in the construction industry. You’ll work directly with contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders to provide solutions that meet their project needs. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction industry through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Consultative Selling: Assess client needs and provide customized solutions that address project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and company. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the roofing or related industries (construction, architecture, engineering, etc.). Knowledge: Solid understanding of roofing materials, services, and project workflows. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop rapport with clients and effectively manage relationships. Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Compensation: Commission only. Up to $200K within the first year.
