Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance A high school diploma is required; some college coursework is preferred A real estate license is a plus — if you’re not licensed yet but are interested, we’ll help you 💼 What You’ll Do Greet and assist all visitors to the model home, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects our brand. Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including answering calls, managing emails, generating reports, and preparing documents. Track and log visitor activity, collecting guest information and feedback to support follow-up and sales insights. Assist with marketing efforts, such as social media support, community events, flyer distribution, and signage placement. Maintain the model home’s appearance, ensuring it stays clean, organized, and ready for showings at all times. 💰 What You’ll Earn This is a part-time job, averaging around 30 hours/week with a pay range of $17-20 per hour, dependent on level of experience and real estate license status.
