Hi, looking for a second roommate in my apartment. The room is located in the middle of the apartment, I live in the back, and my roommate lives in the front There's no common space, we generally keep to ourselves but are friendly to chat here and there. We're both men in our early 40's, bartenders The room is 8 by 10 feet, one window, closet. First month plus one month security to move in, utilities are included, except internet is an extra 30.
