Beautiful, sunny, 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a building located 2 blocks from lively Lake Merritt. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and is located a block from Lake Merritt. It has hardwood floors and windows in every room with lots of sunshine and beautiful light all day. Shared spaces are all fully furnished, but the bedroom is empty. Rent is $1025 a month plus utilities (internet and electric are usually around $50-$100/month per person), and shared household items (toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc).  I work full-time and enjoy coming home to a peaceful and beautiful space.
