Medium furnished room in three bedroom house to share with owner who's traveling a lot. There would be weeks you'd have the house to yourself. South facing filled with sun, plants, books, an amazing kitchen and oasis of secure, green backyard accessed through eight foot French doors. This is a temporary situation for one to three or four months, perhaps slightly longer. You're quiet, a non-smoker, over 26 years old. Five blocks, eight minute walk, to Red Line NOMA Metro station; eight blocks to Green Line Shaw. Six blocks to Harris Teeter, Trader Joes, all of Union Market to the east; all of Shaw/U Street just blocks to the west. One block to Big Bear Coffee. Two blocks to climbing gym. One mile to Union Station; NPR and CNN a bit closer. A good dog might be welcome.
