There is a walking-biking trail (Matthew Henson trail) closed by and the house is in a very quiet, and safe neighborhood. Looking for a female professional (since all your roommates are female), respectful, clean, non-smoker, no pet, quiet, no party, no drama. One person per room only, no couple, no family. Two references are required. The application fee costs $35 which covers the background check. Rent will be $600 plus $50 for all utilities (water, gas, electricity, wi-fi). The laundry is not included but can be added on with a fee. One month's security deposit is required. 12-month lease.
