Hi! I have a room for rent in my townhouse that's available now. Move in date is negotiable, but hoping to sign someone by August 1st. I'm looking for someone to sign a 12 month lease but open to 6 months, too. The available room is 10x12', is South facing with a view of a cute courtyard, and shares a bathroom with a girl. The townhouse has an open floorplan, lots of windows that provide great natural light, a furnished living room and dining room, a large kitchen with great storage and pantry space, a washer and dryer, and front and back patios. The townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood in Westminster with lots of walking trails nearby, is close to HWY 36 with easy access to Boulder and Denver, and is located minutes from a climbing gym, regular gym, King Soopers, gas stations, restaurants, breweries, and more. 2 rooms are becoming available due to one guy buying his own home and leaving at the end of July and a couple moving back home to Texas and leaving at the end of August. The one tenant who is renewing her lease is in her 30's, works as a PT, and enjoys the outdoors. In general, the house and tenants typically keep to themselves while fostering a very friendly, kind, respectful roommate-ship. We're looking for someone who will fit in nicely! Non cigarette smokers only. Pets will be assessed on a case by case basis and have a deposit. Utilities are not included in base rent and average at about $100/month split 3 ways. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, due at time of lease signing. A parking spot in the oversized 2-car garage is available for an additional $100 (I have some of my stuff being stored in the other half).
