I do take into consideration the current renters when picking so everyone is happy and we make life long friends. Must be able to use a door key code to lock, honest, and have a decent memory. Utilities included Pay each month ($855) The room is a classic room, with a small walk in closet. The home located in Kent / Renton / Covington / Issaquah / Black Diamond area. Close train ride or drive to Seattle. It's a quiet area, close to the lake to go kayaking 🏄 or near ski mountain. We have local shops nearby, winery close, gyms are everywhere, but I go to LA fitness, oh yes and Costco I can take you with me if you ever want to go. We have netflix and regular wifi. We like to kayak and a bike in the summer. We tend to chat ever other day or watch a show together on weekends....I don't hang out a lot unless you text me plans for pizza or coffee....I'm just finished school certification. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, huge open area, growing a tiny garden, kitchen and bathroom. Background check is required. Safety is a priority here. 🐸No smoke or vape due to house allergies, no marijuana, no drugs, no pets, no drunks, no couples...guests can visit, but must have there own place.
