House is divided into 2 units. Lower level is my unit - 2 bedroom 1 bath + 3 seasons room. Neighbors live in the upper level. The apartment is entirely furnished, the bedroom is not. Bedroom shown in pictures is the one available. Free laundry in basement with available storage. Centrally located near York and Ricewood. On bus line. 5-7 mins from downtown/campus/hospital. Nice big maintained yard. Family friendly neighborhood and truly a gem in this wildly expensive town. A little about me - I’m a mid 30’s female professional. Love live music, gardening and hiking. I enjoy cooking and good company but also enjoy my solo time. Renter must be clean and tidy and respect the space. I've lived here for 8 years, have a great relationship with the owners and maintain the property for them. I’ve rented my second bedroom out to grad students for the last 3 years and it’s worked out great. This would be ideal for someone in a similar situation; someone low key, who is looking for a great space to come back to in between classes/ studying.
