It’s a bright and cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located right by Cottonwood Park, which you’d be sharing with my current roommate who is a quiet, polite, and easygoing guy (plus his sweet dog ). He’s not home much, and when he is, he usually keeps to himself in his room. Apartment details: • Rent: $918/month (includes your own garage and apartment utilities, If you don’t need the garage, rent + utilities drop to $818/month) • Electric: Usually $60–$75 per person • Full-sized washer & dryer in-unit • Private patio • Optional queen-sized bed I can leave behind if you’d like it Community amenities • Gym/fitness center • Sauna • Pool I’ve truly loved living here!
