We have the top two floors of a three-story house near Teele Square. It is spacious, comfy home with natural daylight. Two full baths, five bedrooms, a living & dining room plus a four-season porch. The kitchen has almost everything anyone could need. Dishwasher, two ovens and gas burners, microwave, toaster oven, pots & pans and cutlery galore. Two large fridges and plenty of shelf storage for everyone’s food. The available bedroom is unfurnished it measures 11 feet wide x 12 feet wide with 10 foot peaked ceiling. The bedroom is on the third floor with a large wardrobe closet and a pair of six foot tall south facing windows. Monthly rent is $900. It’s $2700 full cost to move in (first & last month plus security deposit). Flexible October move in date (or mid-September). The lease is for 1 year. Utilities are an extra $100 or so per month (gas, electricity, heat, hot water, ac, high speed internet) Presently we are four professionals, 1 woman and 3 men. Our work keeps us pretty busy but make time to occasionally hang out and enjoy each other’s company. We have various interests (food, cooking, international travel, foreign languages, poetry, books, making weird art and other crafty stuff). We are friendly, good communicators and respectful. The house common areas are kept clean and organized. Located ten minute walk to Davis subway and 15 minute walk to Ball subway. Several bus lines within two minute walk. Tufts, cafes, grocery, restaurants within ten minute.walk. This is a no smoking and no pet house. Somerville permit is needed for street parking.
