$900 / 1br - 5000ft2 - Kuna roommate wanted (Kuna)

I am looking for roommates to share my home. this is almost 5000 sq ft not including the garages . I am looking for roommates that may be interested in fitness and that are trying to be health conscious . I have a full gym that is comparable to a commercial gym . and all of it is usable equipment. the room is in great shape and has big walk in closets. there is a washer and dryer, 3 refrigerators and room in the kitchen . I am looking for someone that is honest and trustworthy. I don't want any drama or anyone who parties, smokes or drinks. I do a background check so if you have a record or on probation please do not apply. NO pets or animals of any kind. I am allergic. room is unfurnished. I am quiet and expect the house to stay that way. The heat is set at 65 in the winter. The deposit is the same $ 900 amount as the room. $1,800 to move in. the room is single occupancy, one person and one parking space outside per room. If you don't have both the full rent and full deposit at time of move in please don't text me and ask for anything else. I will not budge . I only accept cash. I tried to make this a healthy house. I try to get roommates to eat with a healthy lifestyle in mind. lots of fruits and vegetables. I don't push it on anyone but if you want to become healthier this is a great start. there is a garden out back. I usually give the roommates fresh eggs from the chickens .I am looking for some one that is quiet and respectful of others so if this sounds like I am talking to you and you have integrity and want to see your bright future I am very clean and need it to stay that way at least in the common areas . cable and internet are not provided. Utilities split evenly between roommates. This bedroom has its own full size bathroom. It is the second master bedroom. the kitchen is right next to it.
