One female is 35 been here over 24 months. There’s another female 23 studying. It’s month to month. The bedroom is furnished with newly comfy carpeting, Beauty Rest Queen Size mattress and large dresser with TV as well as two new night stands with iPhone chargers plugs in and table lamps. It does have a nice regular closet. It's Shared bath that has two bath fixtures one stand up shower other has tub/shower in the same bath room and there’s another half bath as well on first floor. The current female has its own standup/bath shower bath while the standup shower is available. Room has new carpeting 11/01/24. The entire bedroom is all new. You must have a full time job and there'll be credit and background checks. No arrest, no felony, no DUI no OUI or drugs. This is for single person only. There'll be no visitors due to the safety of others in house. Free WiFi, TV, Heat, electricity, hot water included. There's window AC for summer time and that is separate $75.00 Additional per month from June or July till mid September or less depends on the heat. There’s no dramas in this house.
