$850 / 120ft2 - quiet room with queen bed (Boise Bench)

Are you looking for a clean, quiet place to come home to? If so, you might like living at my house. We are two females around 40 and 60 years old looking for a new roommate. The room is available now. There is a desk, chair, bed with sheets and blankets and bedside table set up in the room. The $850 a month rent includes utilities and wifi. The deposit is $400. I have a little dog seen in some of the pictures. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. No smoking, alcohol abuse or overnight guests will be allowed in the house or garden. This is not a party house, there isn't even a TV in the living room. Instead it’s a calm, tidy home for people who thrive in a peaceful atmosphere.
