There is also a large basement with laundry and storage. The landlord takes great care of the property including snow-plowing in winter and landscaping in the summer as well as timely repairs. The neighborhood is really nice, close to stores, cafes, restaurants, running track and the Charles river. It's a 5 minute drive to the pike and a short walk to the Harvard Square bus and express buses to downtown Boston. Utilities are reasonable, approximately $115 a month on average for gas, electricity and internet. The room is available furnished or unfurnished whichever you prefer. The ideal rental date is November 1 however there may be some flexibility with the date. Seeking a female roommate only, who is a non-smoker and drug-free. Looking for someone who is respectful and considerate.
