Hi :) I am in my 37, my son is 2. I stay home with him, and he be with his father most weekends. I am local to Albany, but have this 1910, 2400sq ft updated home. There is a good size room with a decent closet that is right by the front door for rent. The home is one block away from Tangent Drive/Hwy 34, just 3 blocks from the downtown restaurants in Lebanon, stores, gyms and the hospital. A quick 15 min drive to LBCC in Albany and 24 min to OSU. The bathroom has dual sinks with a bath and shower combo that you would be the main one using, I have my own bathroom upstairs next to my room. The washer and dryer, along with all appliances are new to the remodel. There is a large basement with plenty of room we use as storage, but has endless possibities. The back deck has a covered area with a sectional to enjoy, my son and I spend a lot of time out there during the week! This is a great place to read, have a drink, or visit. I keep my home clean (aside from following around a toddler) and I expect the same from my housemate. If you are interested, please provide your current employment or schooling situation as well as where you are from and why you are looking to move. Any additional information that may help me get to know you would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to rent to one person, with no pets please. I am particular on who I bring in my home to live with us, so it will have to be a good fit. Monthly rent is $800. You will be responsible for 1/3 of the water and power, the internet and garbage is included . Due at move in is first and last months rent, as well as a $500 security deposit.
