The apartment is on the second and third floors. The room for rent is on the 3rd floor facing the street. The room measures approximately 110 square feet. The monthly rent is $750, PLUS UTILITIES, which include gas, electricity, water, and internet. The cost of the utilities is split among the tenants and varies from month to month. The average for the last 12 months was $100.71/month. This is a SHARED APARTMENT with FOUR (4) other roommates. Residents share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with others in the apartment. Everyone living in the apartment must agree to basic house rules, which include taking out the trash, sharing responsibility for keeping the kitchen, bathroom, and hallways clean and orderly, taking out the trash, and respecting their neighbors inside and outside the building, and not playing loud music or engaging in any activity that would disturb their neighbors or violate the law.
