I’m an empty nester with room to spare! Generous sized room with queen bed, dresser, refrigerator, etc. on site, laundry, use of kitchen and common spaces, but sorry no storage except in room. close to bus lines, shopping, SPSCC, TESC, multi care hospital. 775/ month plus utilities. Deposit. Must have proof of employment or school, and yes I do background check. The room has held students (both international and from US), visiting biologists, healthcare professionals, professors, interns… are you next?! Open to shorter term, minimum 12 weeks or longer? Available 10/1 but am flexible. Best for me (60 yr old retired state employee) -Includes no smoking or vaping of any kind including tobacco or marijuana. -No pets -no scented laundry products, no scented cleaners.
