I was seeking out a cool person to share a room with who is laid-back/clean/on time with paying rent. I am very busy, prefer it to be laid back at home. There is good light, shared bath, full kitchen/laundry access in the room. Very quiet and safe neighborhood and just a few minutes away to downtown Saline and 15 to Ann Arbor. Our rent is 775/ month which is all utilities plus Wi-Fi. Parking in the street is easy. No pets, no smoking - I am sorry!
