Share my nice 1600 sq ft split-level home with me. You have the entire lower floor, very large room, closets, laundry & a half bath with complete access to the upstairs kitchen, living rm, deck, back yard, full bath & linen closet if desired. If you work from home, we could also make you a make-shift office in the upstairs spare bedroom too. $850.00 ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED OR JUST $750.00 if you can pitch in for occasional cooking, reg laundry & reg but very limited dusting & then vacuuming like once a week unless we have a big mess…shopping like 1-2 x a week or less. FYI- Nothing is required on the list but the more you do the more you can reduce your rent . (Minimum $750.00) I have & love Big Dogs/Cats w/responsible owners & they may work out here but would require a trial period & of course a full deposit if they stay. I’m not going to do the first month,last month plus deposit, but I would like to get one full deposit + 1st month from whoever comes on board. -Come and see it and we’ll talk about it.
