Hello, I am looking for someone responsible and clean to rent the spare bedroom to. It is a cozy room (~12x10) with a window that lets in the sun in the morning time and overlooks the swimming pool, which you will have free access to. The house is 2 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you directly to Chabot College or California State East Bay University, and about a 9 minute and 13 minute drive respectively. It's in a safe and serene cul-de-sac near Birchfield Park, and walking distance to Southland Mall and Costco. Besides occasionally listening to music, I am pretty solitary and quiet, so its a great space if you want to focus on studying. Looking for someone who is ideally looking to stay for about a year or less. Rent is quite reasonable for the value offered. I believe you will find me friendly and accommodating and I hope you are someone who respects boundaries and picks up after themselves. Additionally, I have lived with roommates of both sexes before in my 10+ years in San Francisco without incident so I am comfortable living with either.
