Hi. Furnished room for rent in my home. I'm a professional non-smoking guy that rarely drinks that lives in northern Durham-RTP near Brier Creek on the border with Morrisville in a nice neighborhood. I'm open minded and pretty easy going. You'd have your own bathroom but the living room and kitchen would be shared. I do have a very friendly cat but I'm not looking to add additional pets. I usually work from home and rarely go out so I'd usually be here; someone that has a regular schedule is ideal but we can discuss. I do have a few common sense rules: you break or damage something, then you replace it; keep food out of the bedroom and be responsible with drinks (I have coasters available); keep the bathroom clean; no drugs or heavy alcohol use. I like direct honest people that can communicate and are not into games. Must be able to pass a background check to move in. Move in date is negotiable.
