No pets, please—we already have friendly cats that you must be comfortable with! About Us: Roommate 1: Mid-30s student on a gap year between undergrad and grad school. I work multiple jobs and enjoy exercising, creating music, binge-watching TV, and playing video games in my downtime. Roommate 2: Late-20s professional performance artist. She’s quiet, keeps to herself, and travels for work a few times a year. Our Cats: Wonderful and friendly! You must be cat-friendly and treat them with care. Our Ideal Roommate: We’re looking for someone friendly yet independent, who is kind but who keeps to themselves and respects our home as a calm sanctuary. You’re likely a busy student or professional with a career and side passions, not focused on partying or bringing the nightlife home. You clean dishes promptly, pay rent and utilities on time, and contribute to a peaceful living environment. The Room: Spacious and very sunny, though street-facing, so it can be noisy during the day (blackout curtains recommended). Fits a queen bed, desk, and TV stand comfortably.
