This property boasts a partially fenced, semi private backyard and lovely open land--look for deer frolicking at dusk!--plus the community walking trail beyond that. It's a half mile walk via community trail or sidewalk to downtown to museums, multiple dining establishments, waterfront park, summer outdoor concerts, and nearby elementary school (with outdoor track, tennis, basketball & baseball). Close to Exit 7 and just a few minutes to UNH, Wildcat and Coast bus routes nearby. Off street parking. No smoking, no pets. Must meet income requirements and pass credit & background checks.
