I am an easy-going, outgoing female healthcare professional. I have a well-behaved 6 year old Boston terrier. Sorry, no other pets. If you're transitioning from out of state or commuting from the surrounding area this would be a perfect temporary arrangement. Background check to be paid by the applicant ($40). This is a pleasant, peaceful, low-key dwelling. No smoking is preferred. No couples or overnight guests. A middle-aged working professional is preferred, however not required.
