Hey there, my name’s Bryce. I’m renting out the spare bedroom in my townhome located off Tates Creek. The townhome is fully renovated and will be available early August. The room can be furnished with a memory foam full sized mattress if needed. New washer and dryer in house as well as all new appliances and a concrete patio. Looking for a roommate around the same age group, personable yet professional and respectful of an early quiet time. I’m a 34yo male who works morning shifts and is easy to talk to, but respectful of privacy and personal space.
