My ideal tenant does not include disability or SSI, (Cigarettes) smoking is allowed outside only. When inquiring text messages are preferred. This is a peaceful and enjoyable room. The home is located on a mostly quiet street where most of the homes on the street are owned and five minutes from Kroger and stores such as Walgreens Easy qualification. ( I may not respond with out a face picture) You would share the comment area such as the kitchen and the bathroom. This is a (2) bedroom apartment and I am a bi Blk male. No pets, this is temporary only and can be rented by the day or the week for up too (4) weeks. Perfect for some one that just need a place to lay their head for a few days or in between housing.
