Hello there I own a 3 bed, 2 bath home on a .25 acre located in Caldwell Idaho. The room is medium sized 13x10. The rest of the house is open to use, laundry on site to. The room and bathroom is private and my room is across the hall. $650 flat that includes all utilities plus wifi. Here are some pics of when I bought the house, its definitely not empty anymore. Let me know if you might be interested. As for me, I keep to myself and rarely home during the week. When I am home I am usually in my room. Work M-F 7AM to 530PM for the state. Late 30s, into fitness, male. I don't party or smoke either. I am easy to get along with, all I ask is that rent is on time :) I may consider a small pet with an additional $200 non refundable deposit. I have more pictures upon request. Thanks!
