Hello CL, I have a bedroom I want to rent out to a senior citizen, woman only. i’m a woman myself, so i prefer having a woman room mate.55 or over age wise . No offense gentleman. It’s fully furnished and ready to move into. The monthly rent is 650.000, plus there a security deposit of 600.00 and half of the utilities. after a month living here. It’s quiet and clean environment. No pets. drugs or alcohol. no smokers. The room is rented on a monthly basis to see if were are a good fit. i'm a very clean person and am always 🧹 cleaning. lol. You can take daily walks and no one bothers you. if you have a vehicle the parking right outside your bedroom window. It’s a clean and gated senior community. This is a perfect place for that elderly woman 55 or over who’s looking for a peaceful place to live. No overnight guest. i have a washer and dryer to wash your clothes. Im 67 years old.
