We rent rooms in the basement of our 3000 sq. ft. home, located in a quiet, older, neighborhood in Kennewick. This furnished room, sharing the basement with two other tenants, is 10ft x 15ft, and features brand new carpet. Furnishings include a double size bed, bedside table and lamp, a 3-drawer dresser, and a desk w/ lamp and chair. The closet has built-in shelving and hanging space. This room shares a bathroom with 2 other men. There are 2 storage cupboard shelves and 2 drawers per person in the bathroom, a full tub and shower, and a commode. Other shared areas of the house include basement family room, kitchen area with small microwave, small refrigerator in basement and large refrigerator space in garage, patio and yards and free use of the laundry facilities, within reason. We are looking for a tenant who is clean, quiet, mature, friendly, has a good sense of humor and can get along with others in a shared living situation. All of the tenants are men and in the age range of 40 to 70. PLEASE NOTE: This room is in the basement, with access only by the stairwell. There is NO other access to the room. We rent our rooms on a month-to-month basis. The $650.00 rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, garbage, irrigation, and WiFi.
