I have a nice fully-furnished room with queen mattress in Fort Greene, Brooklyn area. I only live in the room 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday nights only). The apartment is a 4 BR/2BA, the other roommates - 1 male (aged 25), 2 females (age 20-25). The building is in super quiet location and yet 1-2 blocks of restaurants, groceries, laundromat, bus stop. The nearest subway is 15 minutes walk J-Street MetroTech (A,C,F) and Dekalb station (Q,R). The Fort Greene park is 1-block away. The room is available on a sharing basis for 5 days per week (Friday - Wednesdays) ideally for individuals commuting to the city for limited days. Includes all utilities, cleaning, etc. The apartment has a nice kitchen with gas range, microwave and refrigerator.
