$600 Neon Nights Room – Bold & Fun (Jacksonville Northside)

I'm looking for a responsible individual because I'm retired and a snowbird, so you will have the house to yourself for a few months. The house is located in Oceanway, next to River City Marketplace, in a lovely, well-kept MH neighborhood three miles east of JAX airport. Amazon Distribution Center and UF North Hospital (ideal for staff members at both establishments). The former roommate moved to a another state and worked for Amazon.
