My in-laws have a room for rent in their home in Highland. Rent includes gas and electricity, internet, cable, laundry privileges one day per week and an off street parking space. Limited kitchen privileges and shared bathroom. This is otherwise for the room only. The room is fully furnished. I would suggest using your own tv. Share in cleaning the bathroom and keeping the room clean. Purchase your own toilet paper and laundry and cleaning supplies. The room is for one person and one person only. No overnight guests. This isn’t for the kind of person who has people coming and going. No drugs or drunks. Must have pay stubs for proof of work. Rent is $600 a month with a $600 security deposit. The security deposit can be split between the first two months rent for a total of $900 on move in and $900 due the second month with $600 a month going forward. If everything is clean upon move out, your $600 deposit is taken off your last months rent so you pay nothing for your last month. No pets no smoking I am running this ad for my parents.
