$578 / 2br - Looking for college aged female roommate (Eau Claire)

I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. I am a fairly quiet college student and have two cats so you must be okay with pets. You will have to be approved by the rental company so you will need to put in an application with them as well. This is available November 1st of this year. Electric and heat run about $110 a month, water bill is around $120 every three months, and wifi. These are not included in the rent cost.
