Small single bedroom with extra storage (empty laundry room) in shared shotgun house with rear and side entrance available $550/month utilities included. Unfurnished This is a shared shotgun house, so you'll have to pass through my bedroom to use the shower, but the rear bedroom has its own PRIVATE half bathroom and door to the outside. We'll only run into each other in the kitchen or if you use the shared shower. The room is unfurnished, but has a small closet as well as a few built-in shelves inside the storage room. There is no laundry on site, but there are three laundromats nearby, so it helps to have a car. House is walking distance to grocery stores, New Orleans and Jeff Parish bus routes, close to Tulane/Loyola, plenty of street parking, and easy access to I-10, Jeff Hwy/Earhart, downtown.
