Has a bed and futon couch but otherwise unfurnished. Private bathroom downstairs. Low rent in exchange for some help around the house, Duties to be determined. The home is close to Route 9. Must like big dogs and be tolerant of disorder. No smokers. Car necessary. Would like a convivial relationship with occasional shared meals. $500 a month.
