$300 Looking for roommate (Ashford, Al)

I am looking for a roommate to move in around the first of October. 2b/1ba trailer in Ashford. The bedroom is small but it is available. I have a chest of drawers you can use, and the room also has its own closet. Central AC, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, WiFi. No washer/dryer but there is a laundry mat 2 minutes up the road. I have two dogs, and it is just me. Full time college student and I work full time. 29 year old woman, so it is very important and preferable that I have a female roommate. Going through a separation, and just need some help with the bills. Not asking much, $300 since it is a small trailer. Background check will be ran, my land lord requires it.
