Looking to rent a fully furnished room in my house. It has a closet, bed, dresser and limited additional storage. Kitchen, bath, and laundry will be shared, and kept very clean. There is also one additional guest room. Right between Ballard and Fremont, the house is in the middle of Seattle's brewery district, yet the area is quiet and there is plenty of street parking. The back yard is large for the location and it includes a big deck with an Olympic view, fire pit and lots of gardening beds. MUSTS: be very clean, courteous, have a day job, and no smokers or stoners. No pets, other than possibly a small dog. Me: I'm a professional male with too much house.
