$300 / 1br - Seeking a female roommate for an assisted living community (Bryan)

Hi, my name is Stephanie and I live in an assisted living for the elderly. I am 41, but I am seeking a elderly female roommate I just need help with some bills not the rent the rent is always paid and the electric and the cable. There's a TV in the living room with a couch cable and roku included. There's a TV in my bedroom cable and roku included and it is a mobility disabled apartment so if someone is in a wheelchair that would be ideal. I'm going to be gone most of the time but I need someone to occupy my place and if it works out after 30 days, I might add you to the lease and then after that, it would be your place. I might come here on the weekends. But I really need a trustworthy person no drugs, no drinking, no smoking is allowed here and it has to be someone that is disabled or elderly. I really don't care who it is, but as long as you can sign something saying you'll pay me $300 a month in cash to help me with bills voluntarily and that you're not paying rent or electric because I am (and water is paid too). This is the kind of person I need to stay here. It can't be one of the college kids, you have to be 65 or older and disabled AND you have to be female and no I do not take couples, homeless people, drugs, you need to have some kind of income or I'm not doing it I'm not even responding.
