French doors leading directly to backyard for private entry, plus access to main staircase / main house door. Lots of storage space. Shared amenities include backyard that gets lots of sunshine, garage with storage and washer/dryer, porch with beautiful views, and living room/dinning area on 2nd floor. Three roomates, all early-mid 30's professionals and great people. A couple (he's in tech sales, she's a healthcare professional) live in the master on the 2nd floor and a women (teacher) lives in the top floor unit. Utilities / trash / internet are split. Lots of free street parking, no street sweeping. Everyone is super chill. We host friends / family from time to time, but we don't "bring the party home." And being in the in-law unit means you have as much privacy as you want. I am a subtenant moving to be closer to my job in the Peninsula.
