Located on a quiet street right in the heart of Hayes Valley, steps away from the new Trader Joe’s and main Hayes valley street with restaurants, bars, boutique shops. Trader Joe’s, the original Blue Bottle coffee shop, Salt & Straw ice cream shop and Souvla are literally a block away. About the house: “This is the best place I’ve ever lived and the roommates are amazing and friendly. I’m only moving out because I’m moving back to the east coast.” — previous roommate Adam The house is huge and has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! Each roommate has their own bathroom, which is almost unheard of in San Francisco. All of us living in the house describe the experience as feeling as if we each have our own studio with a shared common space on our second floor. Our home has an in unit washer / dryer, a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, a huge common area, and a number of high quality cooking appliances. Receiving packages is very easy. They are left in a secure spot. We share utilities and high speed internet. We also pay for a cleaner to come and handle common space cleaning once a month and we hand off trash duties once a week. About the roommates: You'll be living with 3 friendly roommates: Aristos (30), Matthew (32), and Pedro (25). We are a friendly household. We’ve set up a fun little community among the three of us. While we are all independent, we enjoy watching movies together, eating meals together, and going to concerts every now and again. We really have created a family inside our home. Aristos is a quiet but friendly guy. He's always down to chat and loves art, film and reading. You can always catch him watching something in his room, but is always down to chat and have him tag along with you on a walk, a hang over a beer, or to watch a movie together. Matt shows his love to his roommates through cooking. He likes to share meals with the house on occasion. Loves to go out and experience nightlife and has a passion for music. He often has friends over on weekends, usually just once a week, and always invites everyone in the house to come and join for a calm kickback over homemade cocktails or a beer. Pedro is a friendly and active guy who spends his time enjoying music, traveling and getting to know San Francisco. Fresh grad from MIT and new to the city from Uruguay. Pedro brings a fun and inclusive vibe to the house with big interest in technology. We throw the occasional party usually once or twice a year and we are looking for someone that is hopefully okay with that and is comfortable being a bit social. We're looking for someone hoping to join in our little community and home. We all have our own separate lives of course, and we have our own independence, but we love to come together on occasion. We're queer and POC friendly and we'd love to welcome a new member into our space. Preferably someone clean, friendly, and communicative. Looking for people that don’t work from home 5 days a week.
