Very close to crossroads shopping center, fenton.(3-5 minutes). 15 minutes from downtown raleigh. 5-8 minutes to lake johnson. 15 minutes to rdu airport. Room is spacious and gets great natural light. (Sunrise and sunset can both be seen from window). Neighbors are friendly and quiet (ive never had noise issues). Female only I have a cat who is declawed so she would not be able to reside with another cat, however, if you have a small-medium dog that isn't aggressive to other animals that would be ok. I would be your only other roomate. I am 32f, lgbtq+ and 420 friendly. I wfh but I also travel a lot for work during the week. I am pretty easy going and clean. You would have 1 designated parking space but there is a lot of visitor parking spots and street parking. Lease terms are flexible. If you need to break it early i just need 30 days notice.
