Rent varies by room. The house has hardwood floors, 7 private rooms and 5 baths (some shared, some private), kitchen (2 refrigerators), living room, and decks, not including the detached unit. Washer and dryer in garage (parking in driveway first come first serve and on-street only). Common areas only are cleaned every other week and owner pays for garden maintenance. Individual room sizes vary and are unfurnished. Currently 4 bedrooms available (3 with shared baths, 1 with private). Almost all rooms have private entrances.
